What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex production support and troubleshooting of Salesforce functionality.
• Design and maintain Flow-based automation and manage API integrations with third-party systems.
• Lead structured product enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance.
• Establish and document platform governance standards and declarative development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce-native AI tools and optimize existing modules like CPQ and OmniChannel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7-10 years of experience in a Salesforce administration role.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and App Builder certifications.
• Deep working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce-native AI tools (Einstein, Agentforce).
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and building Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with release management tools like Gearset and Jira-based backlog management.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II or Developer certification.
• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, or HIPAA-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
