Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer (Salesforce): Designing, building, and delivering high-quality, scalable Salesforce multi-cloud solutions with an accent on solution design, integration strategies, and automation optimization. Focus on developing complex workstreams, integrating systems via APIs and ETL tools, and implementing AI-driven workflows using Agentforce.

Location: Based out of Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, or Irving, TX offices. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software applications for target systems using Agile methods.
• Translate client requirements into solution designs, integration strategies, and data models.
• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) for new applications and enhance existing solutions.
• Build integration solutions with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Own complex workstreams in collaboration with Solution Architects and Lead Engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (or 5+ with a Master’s degree).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Batch Apex, and APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Copado or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data.
• Ability to develop AI-driven workflows using Agentforce.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVC, Microservices, and Event-driven.
