Location: Must be based in San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, or Mexico City (Remote/Hybrid) with 33% travel required.

Salary: $148,500 - $223,900 annually.

What you will do

• Architect and build end-to-end demo environments across the hirify.global ecosystem and integrated third-party systems.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows to bring complex product stories to life.
• Own demo technical readiness, including rehearsals, code freezes, and live show support for global keynotes.
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers and Designers to co-create narrative-driven product experiences.
• Establish reusable proof patterns and documentation to accelerate future demo builds and team enablement.
• Provide technical coaching to speakers and coordinate with production teams for seamless live event integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the hirify.global platform (development, administration, or architecture).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation.
• Demonstrated ability to work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
• Willingness to travel at least 33% for live events.
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends during event preparation.

Nice to have

• Experience building live product demonstrations for large audiences.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, AI agents, and agentic architectures.
• Experience with Slack platform development, Tableau, or Data Cloud.
• hirify.global certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application/System Architect).
• Background in storytelling, presentation design, or fast-paced creative production environments.
