What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with hardware OEMs and technology vendors in the AI infrastructure stack.
• Define and execute the global partner program structure, including incentives and certification requirements.
• Translate corporate partnership strategies into actionable field enablement tools like playbooks and battlecards.
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts with technical, marketing, and sales leadership to drive co-sell motions.
• Hire and manage a distributed global team of regional partner managers.
• Own influenced and sourced pipeline and revenue targets tied to partner activity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel roles within infrastructure, storage, or AI/ML software.
• Direct experience managing OEM/hardware partnerships including bundling and joint certification.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a partnerships function and managing regional teams.
• Strong technical fluency to engage in solution architecture discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue impact from partner programs.
• Bay Area based strongly preferred due to proximity to key partner HQs.
