What you will do

• Implement strategic and operational objectives to support sustainable growth and scalability of the studio.
• Develop and manage site-wide budgets, optimizing resource allocation and infrastructure efficiency.
• Lead and coach multi-level teams, fostering a high-performance culture and overseeing succession planning.
• Ensure strict compliance with New Jersey gaming regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including IT, HR, and Training to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and present operational and financial performance reports to executive leadership.

Requirements

• On-site presence in Atlantic City required.
• Knowledge and familiarity with New Jersey gaming regulations (DGE).
• 10+ years of experience managing a multi-level workforce.
• Experience managing a worksite of 100+ employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support 24/7/365 operations.
• Experience working within a globally dispersed international management team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Atlantic City labor market.
• Experience managing 3rd party contractors and vendors.
