What you will do

• Develop and lead a store team through goal setting, coaching, and consistent feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with HR for performance management.
• Oversee store procedures, visual directives, and housekeeping standards to maximize profit and control expenses.
• Lead the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, and conducting home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and develop strategies to grow the business.

Requirements

• Retail management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and 3-D rendering programs.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
