What you will do

• Manage and motivate Dealers and Shufflers to meet performance targets and improve service quality.
• Monitor live gaming tables in real-time to ensure professional service delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate promotional and marketing activities, ensuring correct equipment and attire are used.
• Conduct monthly feedback meetings and provide constructive performance reviews for the team.
• Prepare daily operational reports for company management.
• Oversee the training of new employees and identify training needs for existing staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of gaming-related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
