What you will do

• Lead and mentor a strong SOC design team across multiple geographies.
• Architect and design high-quality complex multi-chiplet SOCs.
• Drive hands-on RTL coding, IP integration flows, and overall design methodology improvements.
• Define system architecture, micro-architecture, and register specifications for complex SoCs.
• Collaborate with physical design and verification teams on floorplanning, timing signoff, and emulation.
• Recruit and develop top engineering talent.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience (Bachelor's) or 5-10 years (Master's/PhD) in SOC design and integration.
• Proven track record of managing technical teams across multiple geographies.
• Deep knowledge of SOC components, interconnects, DFT, design-for-debug, and security requirements.
• Hands-on experience with RTL coding, IP integration flows, and scripting languages (Perl, Python, Tcl).
• Working knowledge of processor architecture, IO protocols (PCIe, CXL, Ethernet), and memory interfaces (DDR, HBM).
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
