What you will do

• Manage the 24x7 production infrastructure including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Microsoft IIS, and MSSQL.
• Administer enterprise network and telecommunications, including Palo Alto NGFW, VPNs, and ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP platforms.
• Maintain Microsoft Cloud Services including M365, Entra ID (Hybrid), Intune, Azure, and Exchange.
• Lead Helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Partner with software development teams to plan infrastructure modernization and production deployments.
• Manage technology lifecycle activities, vendor relationships, procurement, and IT documentation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure in production environments.
• Extensive experience with Hyper-V, SAN, disaster recovery, and high availability.
• Proficiency in Hybrid Microsoft Identity and Cloud Services (Entra ID, Azure, Intune).
• Experience with Layer 2 switching, VLANs, and Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona and participate in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and executing cloud migration initiatives to Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in regulated environments.
