What you will do

• Configure and support M365 and Azure environments, including Intune, SharePoint, Purview, and Defender.
• Manage M365 Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration rollouts.
• Execute cloud setup tasks, including creating client sites and initial organization configurations.
• Assist in cloud migration projects following established workflows and best practices.
• Perform technical client onboarding and device rollouts.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and guides.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation.
• Must have held, currently hold, or have documented eligibility for a security clearance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency with basic PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to create clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
