Senior Systems Engineer (Network Infrastructure)

Location: Norcross, Georgia, United States; on-site work in the Atlanta office

What you will do

• Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise network, server, virtualization, and infrastructure environments.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure and support VMware ESXi, virtual machines, storage, and VSAN environments.
• Manage Cisco and Dell network infrastructure, VPN connectivity, subnetting, and firewall configurations.
• Maintain endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, vulnerability management, patch remediation, and infrastructure hardening.
• Support PCI compliance, security audits, vendor management, complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and an on-call rotation for critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows Server, network, and virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, virtual machines, storage, Cisco and/or Dell networking equipment, VPN technologies, TCP/IP, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, vulnerability management, PCI compliance, network security, and infrastructure hardening.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
