What you will do

• Provide high-quality end-user support for Windows devices and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Serve as the ISSM, maintaining the operational security posture and authorization of classified and unclassified systems.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Azure accounts and services.
• Perform network administration including routers, firewalls, and WiFi hardware.
• Monitor security logs, manage backup/disaster recovery operations, and maintain technical documentation.
• Manage hardware and software inventory and support network expansion projects.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Active U.S. national security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in an IT role supporting software, hardware, network, and security.
• Proficiency in Linux GUI/CLI and LAN networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing).
• Expert-level experience with Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Nice to have

• Security+ or Network+ certifications.
• Active Secret National Security Clearance.
• Active-duty military experience.
• Experience with GCC High and hybrid environments.
