Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA (5-day onsite coverage required)

What you will do

• Resolve intermediate to advanced IT support tickets and act as an escalation point for IT Support Analysts.
• Perform systematic troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and ChromeOS environments.
• Manage user access, account lifecycles, and software deployments using RBAC, IAM, and security compliance frameworks.
• Configure, install, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and standard office technology.
• Execute physical and system-level IT Asset Management (ITAM) tasks, including hardware inventory and auditing.
• Leverage GenAI assistants and prompt engineering to streamline ticket diagnostics and analyze complex logs.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide 5-day onsite coverage in Atlanta, Georgia.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support.
• Proven troubleshooting capability across Windows, macOS, Linux/Ubuntu, and ChromeOS.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and SaaS application troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose complex network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS).
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL Foundations.
• Endpoint management credentials (MDM/Apple/Microsoft).
