What you will do

• Own overall financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for Advertising, Search, and Discovery businesses.
• Lead finance partnership for hirify.global Ads, focusing on onsite/offsite advertising and retail media network expansion.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to provide transparency into business performance and ensure financial plans are met.
• Evaluate financial performance of advertising initiatives, including revenue growth, margin, and advertiser ROI.
• Drive prioritization across competing initiatives to ensure focus on highest-impact investments.
• Lead and develop a high-impact team through hiring and coaching.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in finance roles with increasing responsibility, or an MBA/advanced degree with 9 years of experience.
• Direct experience supporting digital marketing, retail media, ads monetization, or AdTech is required.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a digital advertising capacity.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial reporting software (Hyperion preferred).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced business degree.
• Experience with e-commerce measurement methodologies (A/B and holdouts).
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and Hyperion.
