What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Area leadership to drive strategic business plans and optimize performance.
• Oversee financial operations, control systems, and transaction processing for branches within the area.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes while investigating variances.
• Manage working capital performance metrics, including aged receivables and job performance reviews.
• Present monthly financial results and KPIs to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a major corporation with dispersed operations.
• Experience in construction or service industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
