Senior FP&A Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office.

What you will do

• Build and maintain data models, financial projections, reports, and dashboards for sales planning and business reporting.
• Develop annual budgets, financial plans, and P&Ls, and support quarterly forecasting with the worldwide sales organization.
• Analyse actual performance against projections and explain underlying variances.
• Own ongoing and ad-hoc BI initiatives and projects.
• Analyse large datasets and provide actionable recommendations for finance, management, and business users.
• Use AI platforms to streamline and automate financial analyses.

Requirements

• Professional experience in forecasting, budgeting, P&L, revenue management, sales planning, and financial analysis.
• Experience in finance management, finance business partnering, financial analysis, or FP&A, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, technology, or media.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and work with large datasets and complex Microsoft Excel models.
• Advanced or expert Microsoft Excel skills and experience building models with multiple assumptions and variables.
• Experience with SQL and AI tools, along with the ability and willingness to learn.
• BA/BS or equivalent qualification; finance, statistics, quantitative economics, or another data-analysis-focused major is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nexus, Claude, Gemini, Tableau, Salesforce, QlikView, or Qlik Sense.
• Experience in online or digital businesses, especially online advertising or content marketing.
• Data- or finance-focused project management experience.
• Experience working with sales and finance data across multiple regions.
