What you will do

• Own the rolling forecast, annual budget, and long-range planning processes across revenue, opex, and headcount.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering leadership to track spend and identify variances.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, venture debt holders, and investor reporting, including KPI dashboards and cash runway modeling.
• Develop revenue models, scenario analyses, and unit economics (CAC, LTV, net revenue retention) for executive scrutiny.
• Manage consolidated reporting across US, UK, Irish, and Singapore entities.
• Streamline planning tools and data flow between accounting systems and FP&A models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in SaaS, ad tech, or subscription-based revenue models.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with proficiency in building models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, churn, and cohort analysis.
• Proven experience preparing materials for board, lender, or investor audiences.
• Must be based in the DC or NY metro areas to support the hybrid work model.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial analysis into clear narratives for executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or multinational financial operations, particularly UK/Ireland or APAC.
• Systems fluency with ERPs like NetSuite or QuickBooks and planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Pigment.
