Location: Must be based in Universal City, California; this is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end participation statement reporting, including analysis, cash forecasting, and payment execution.
• Partner with the Financial Innovation & Transformation team to design and implement technology-driven process enhancements.
• Oversee initiatives to improve statement throughput and resolve reporting bottlenecks.
• Review and approve statements to ensure contractual compliance and data integrity.
• Support third-party audits and litigation by providing necessary research and documentation.
• Coach and develop team members while maintaining strong communication across the department.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in participations accounting or entertainment finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and required experience with SAP.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with IT to define requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Must be able to work on-site in Universal City, CA, 4 days per week.
