Director, Technical Operations Finance (Media): Acting as a strategic financial partner to Enterprise Product and AI & Innovation leadership to manage financial planning, budgeting, and operational strategy. Focus on driving financial efficiency, overseeing ERP modernization projects, and providing actionable insights to support the division's long-range goals.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 (Bonus & LTI eligible)

What you will do

• Establish standard operating rhythms for Product, AI, and Project leaders to manage business direction.
• Own consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis for short-term and long-term forecasting.
• Develop tools and processes to provide insights into strategic areas like Product Lifecycle Management and vendor relationships.
• Lead core finance processes including budgets, pacing, and long-range planning.
• Structure, coach, and develop junior talent within the finance organization.
• Partner with business units to drive efficiencies and ensure financial transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial experience with advanced leadership and stewardship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage financial metrics and complex forecasting.
• Strong leadership and persuasive communication skills.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 4 days per week.
• Experience in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
