What you will do

• Partner with marketing and business leaders to translate enterprise priorities into measurable KPIs and performance frameworks.
• Develop and deliver executive dashboards and reports that connect marketing activities and customer interactions to business outcomes.
• Analyze marketing, customer, and website data to identify trends and recommendations that inform overall strategy.
• Lead the measurement and analysis of marketing initiatives, focusing on attribution, conversion, and ROI.
• Conduct analysis of customer behavior and audience segments to optimize marketing journeys and personalization.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience translating business strategies into measurable marketing objectives.
• Proven track record of developing executive dashboards and influencing strategic decisions through data storytelling.
• Must be based in Omaha, NE, US.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Certifications in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Customer Journey Analytics.
