What you will do

• Serve as the primary product owner for Optimizely CMP and Salesforce within the marketing organization.
• Develop plans to ensure seamless data and process integration across the martech stack.
• Define and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IT.
• Manage user training and the implementation of new marketing software.
• Lead change management and communications for technology implementation and process re-engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations or technology, including 3-5 years in leadership or senior specialist roles.
• Deep knowledge of CMP, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, Adobe Campaign), and analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to document complex data flows and work with APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools.
• Technical aptitude in data architecture, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Optimizely.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of AI-adjacent tools that can generate operational efficiencies.
