What you will do
- Own the GMV strategy and acquisition model for X from the ground up.
- Build a repeatable acquisition across paid, lifecycle, partnerships, and organic channels.
- Execute and drive large, ambiguous projects and GTM motions.
- Test messaging and partnerships within the active fintech market.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Sales teams to align on roadmap and ICP.
- Implement AI-native growth workflows using LLMs and modern tooling to multiply output.
Requirements
- Proven experience marketing or selling fintech products like business cards, banking, or expense management.
- Strong data proficiency with SQL, Amplitude, and Snowflake.
- Ability to operate with an owner's mentality to deliver outcomes from ambiguous targets.
- Fluency in using AI tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
- Must be based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Direct coding experience for apps, websites, or marketing infrastructure.
- Experience with 0-1 growth for launching new products.
- Background in B2B SaaS or high-growth marketplaces.
- Experience scaling acquisition models with complex sales cycles.
