TL;DR

Vice President, Customer Retention, Marketing (Fintech): Leading the US Deposits Marketing Retention team, defining and executing strategies for customer experiences and communications that drive prospect conversion and significantly enhance existing customer stickiness. Focus on leveraging advanced data analytics and customer research insights to build and optimize engagement campaigns, proactively reduce churn, and oversee comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for new product offerings.

Location: Onsite in New York, United States

Salary: $160,000 – $270,000 USD (base salary, with eligibility for discretionary bonus)

What you will do

  • Lead strategic development and execution of comprehensive campaign plans for customer onboarding and product adoption.
  • Oversee efficient implementation of campaigns within CRM platforms and define advanced data requirements for personalization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), work with analytics teams to drive insights, and architect sophisticated multi-variate testing frameworks.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to creative teams, ensuring brand consistency and compelling messaging.
  • Champion process innovation and operational excellence to scale retention marketing capabilities in a rapidly growing business.
  • Cultivate highly collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in loyalty/email marketing, CRM, product marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within a financial services context.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging and optimizing enterprise-level marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Braze, Oracle/Responsys).
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Exceptional analytical acumen with a proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional executive-level oral and written communication and presentation skills (English C1+).
  • Must be based in New York, United States.
