What you will do

• Architect and build custom testing frameworks and tools from scratch to evaluate software quality.
• Develop and implement integration, unit, and end-to-end test suites using Python.
• Integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD workflows via GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage of the product architecture.
• Drive the adoption of code quality best practices and continuous integration.
• Mentor junior developers on implementing robust testing solutions.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proven experience building testing frameworks (integration, unit, E2E) from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of software quality principles and a developer-centric mindset.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product and development teams.
• All application materials must be in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and The Serverless Framework (IaC).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
