What you will do

• Conduct sampling, testing, and evaluation of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor production line clearance, CCPs, PRPs, and environmental hygiene standards.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, COAs, and technical documentation.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and manage inventory.
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support continuous improvement projects.
• Leverage digital tools and AI solutions to automate processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or Food Technology with a valid license.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
