What you will do

• Perform detailed reviews of SOC cases to ensure investigations meet quality standards.
• Verify that incident documentation aligns with runbooks, playbooks, and compliance requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to SOC Analysts and escalate recurring issues to leadership.
• Assist in onboarding new SOC team members by delivering training modules.
• Develop training content, exercises, and knowledge base materials.
• Identify gaps in case handling and recommend improvements to workflows and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a SOC, MDR, or IT quality assurance/training role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to reviewing SOC work.
• Proficiency in SOC documentation standards and incident response workflows.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in training, education, or quality assurance (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ISO 9001, ISC2 CC).
