What you will do

• Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Perform smoke, regression, and end-to-end testing, and manage test data for functional activities.
• Utilize AI tools and LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize QA workflows, test design, and defect analysis.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers to ensure feature testability.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and provide risk assessments prior to production deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright test automation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with prompt engineering and LLM-driven workflows.
• Knowledge of BDD and Markdown documentation.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, API testing, and performance testing.
