What you will do

• Receive, log, and acknowledge customer complaints within established timelines.
• Review complaint information for completeness, accuracy, and classification (reportable vs. non-reportable).
• Conduct detailed investigations and determine root causes in coordination with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D.
• Document all complaint records accurately in the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820.198, and EU MDR standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements

• Experience in complaint handling, evaluation, and investigation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820.198, and EU MDR.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and detailed documentation.
• Location: Manila, Philippines.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
