What you will do

• Design and implement high-complexity automation scripts using established frameworks.
• Review test scripts and scenarios to ensure quality governance and adherence to best practices.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within existing technical solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for resolving technical impediments for junior engineers.
• Contribute to test automation for regression suites and ensure secure coding practices.
• Participate in the recruitment and assessment of new team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taguig City, Philippines
• Solid experience in two or more test automation frameworks such as Tosca, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium, or Rest Assured.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, Cloud environments, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of Life Insurance concepts and their application to business software.
• Ability to work independently and apply advanced engineering tools and techniques.
• Experience in mobile testing and system administration.
