What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI process from conceptual wireframes and user flows to interactive Figma prototypes.
• Develop and maintain scalable Design Systems to ensure visual continuity and efficiency across the product.
• Implement UI assets directly in the Unity engine, partnering with technical artists and engineers.
• Conduct market research, heuristic evaluations, and user psychology analysis to optimize game feel and usability.
• Mentor senior UI/UX staff and lead company-wide community events, critiques, and feature retrospectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the game development industry specializing in UX.
• Proven track record of having worked on 3+ different game titles.
• Deep knowledge of mobile game development and advanced prototyping techniques.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Accomplished expertise in creating and implementing user interfaces within Unity.
