Senior UX Designer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually or $140,000–$160,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Design clear, fast, task-focused experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Design alerts and notifications for care staff and customer success managers.
• Develop reporting views and simplify workflows for time-constrained users.
• Design how hirify.global insights and alerts appear in partner systems such as EHRs and eCall.
• Conduct usability research and establish shared design standards.
• Collaborate continuously with engineering across existing products and constraints.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
• 5+ years of UX design experience with a web and mobile portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma.
• Pragmatic approach focused on clarity, speed, and task completion for users who did not choose to be technology users.
• Systems literacy and the ability to prioritize across several teams; coding is not required.
