What you will do

• Own operational administration for onboarding, offboarding, and recurring People programs like performance and compensation reviews.
• Administer and configure HRMS platforms like Rippling to optimize workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance documentation, knowledge management, and internal communications.
• Maintain high standards for employee records, compliance, and data integrity across all systems.
• Partner with People Business Partners and leadership to operationalize initiatives and improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or People Operations with ownership of lifecycle administration.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience administering HRMS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, or UKG.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in a professional workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to think in systems and improve operational processes rather than just executing them.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
