Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and standardize global employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, and maintain comprehensive SOP documentation.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities within People Operations workflows to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with the Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure accurate data flow and establish strong internal controls.
  • Build and maintain HR reporting dashboards for leadership, tracking metrics such as headcount, turnover, and compliance rates.
  • Provide operational leadership and act as the escalation point for systems and process-related issues.
  • Support company-wide initiatives including M&A activity, compensation cycles, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States
  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations within a technology company.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with documented SOPs.
  • Operational ownership experience with enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, ADP, Paylocities).
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits operations, including internal data flow controls.
  • Working knowledge of US federal and state HR compliance, including I-9, EEO-1, and FMLA.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI-native company.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or migration projects.
  • Background in supporting M&A activity from a People Operations perspective.
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready architecture and configuration.
  • Professional HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
