What you will do

• Administer core HR systems including HRIS, performance platforms, and onboarding tools.
• Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data and reporting.
• Identify manual processes and build scalable automated solutions through tool integrations.
• Manage the employee lifecycle administration for new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
• Oversee US immigration processes, including H-1B transfers and PERM applications, partnering with legal counsel.
• Maintain People policies and documentation and resolve employee queries via the ticketing system.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of People Ops experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with HRIS or related systems such as HiBob, Workday, Ashby, or Culture Amp.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and automate repetitive workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
• Curiosity and willingness to use AI to amplify work efficiency and impact.
