What you will do

• Translate release notes, specs, and technical documentation into GTM guidance, including personas, use cases, and talk tracks.
• Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for Sales, SEs, SAs, Customer Outcomes, and Support.
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions focused on active practice, demos, and real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product and Product Marketing to ensure GTM readiness for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases.
• Design and operate an AI-first "launch-to-enable" loop using Glean agents for structured launch briefs and role-based guidance.
• Collaborate with AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement surfaces, such as role-aware "what's new" views and agent-driven labs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM roles such as product enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing.
• Proven track record of translating technical or AI-heavy concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
• Conceptual understanding of LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, security, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design and scale enablement curricula and certifications.
• Must be based in and able to work from an office (NYC, Nashville, SF, or Mountain View) 4 days a week.
