What you will do
- Own operational performance in customer service, contract-to-cash lifecycle, internal IT systems, compliance, quality, ESG, and legal governance.
- Drive scalable, auditable operations aligned with company strategy and high-quality execution.
- Manage customer service model, SLAs, incident communication, and service recovery in partnership with technology.
- Ensure accurate billing, revenue integrity, financial controls, and commercial lifecycle at scale.
- Oversee business systems integration, process efficiency, and prioritization of operational IT changes.
- Lead compliance monitoring, audit insights, risk management, and operational governance forums.
- Partner with product, GTM, and technology leaders on operability, launch readiness, and cost-to-serve.
Requirements
- Proven senior operational leadership in complex international business.
- Strong background in telecoms, IoT, SaaS, or subscription environments.
- Success in building and scaling end-to-end operating models.
- Deep expertise in commercial lifecycle management (Contract-to-Cash).
- Experience in regulated/compliance-heavy environments and financial acumen.
- Private equity-backed or high-growth organization experience highly desirable.
