What you will do

• Own the operating rhythm by running cadences including QBRs, leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and cross-functional forums.
• Drive strategic projects from brief to delivery, specifically focusing on EMEA growth and post-acquisition GTM integration.
• Manage competing priorities across various regions, segments, and business lines to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to analyze key metrics such as win rates and pipeline health to inform leadership decisions.
• Translate complex data and inputs into clear, compelling updates for senior leadership and partners.
• Partner with leadership to identify gaps, flag risks, and break down silos between teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in strategy, operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships, or Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Strong analytical instincts with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Ability to shift between strategic thinking, deck-building, and senior stakeholder management.
• Confident communication skills for interacting with external partners and executive leadership.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
