What you will do

• Own daily delivery and performance metrics for the Tenant Find team, including time-to-let and conversion rates.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Letting Negotiators, setting clear targets and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Enforce SOPs and compliance standards to ensure high-quality service for landlords and tenants.
• Lead process changes and champion the adoption of new technology and AI-enabled workflows.
• Resolve complex cases and bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly across multiple branches.
• Step in hands-on during peaks or leave periods to maintain operational continuity.

Requirements

• Proven team-leadership experience managing at least 3 direct reports in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
• Ability to travel regularly between branches in the Midlands and to London HQ.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to read dashboards and make evidence-based decisions.
• Fast learner capable of quickly upskilling in Tenant Find processes and new software systems.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in a scaling startup environment.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a genuine interest in using AI and software to improve business efficiency.

Nice to have

• UK residential lettings experience, particularly in tenant finding.
• Knowledge of UK lettings regulations (ARLA/Propertymark, right-to-rent).
• Experience implementing new CRMs or handling post-acquisition integrations.
• Full UK driving licence.
