What you will do

• Translate release notes and technical specs into field-facing guidance and narratives.
• Build and scale a product enablement program for Sales and other GTM functions.
• Design high-impact enablement sessions focusing on active practice and real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness for Tier 1 and 2 releases.
• Develop an AI-first "launch-to-enable" loop using Glean agents for role-based guidance.
• Collaborate on AI-powered enablement surfaces like role-aware "what's new" views.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM roles (enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering).
• Experience translating AI-heavy technical concepts into simple narratives.
• Proficiency in value-based sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Command of the Message.
• Conceptual understanding of LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (4 days/week) from NYC, Nashville, SF, or Mountain View.
• Experience using AI tools to scale enablement workflows.
