GTM Enablement Manager (Technical)

Location: Remote within the United States Eastern time zone

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the GTM enablement strategy and create role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
• Build a new-hire onboarding program focused on reducing ramp time and time to productivity.
• Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases, creating use-case narratives, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing materials.
• Translate technical product capabilities, including API and GraphQL concepts, into language field teams can use with customers.
• Deliver live training, measure effectiveness, and adjust programs based on results.
• Use AI and tools such as Gong to improve content creation, field insight generation, positioning analysis, and team workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and delivering enablement programs in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Technical fluency with APIs and the ability to communicate credibly with engineers; familiarity with GraphQL is beneficial.
• Commercial understanding of how enterprise buyers evaluate infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Strong live-delivery, cross-functional influence, ownership, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Practical experience using AI as a productivity multiplier and teaching non-technical colleagues to use it.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL at a level sufficient to support technical go-to-market enablement.
