Strategic Finance Manager

Location: Remote in North America

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 USD per year base salary only; meaningful ISO equity options are also offered.

What you will do

• Own capacity and productivity models covering ramp, coverage, attainment, and hiring-plan support for growth targets.
• Build forecasting models for pipeline or demand coverage, conversion rates, cycle time, and segment performance.
• Own rigorous, decision-ready unit economics, including the cost of acquiring and retaining revenue.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment ROI and pricing and packaging economics.
• Prepare analysis and supporting materials for board and investor reporting.
• Lead scenario analysis for new segments, initiatives, and pricing changes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, including experience at a high-growth company.
• Strong financial and operational modeling skills across capacity and productivity, forecasting, cohort, segment, and scenario analysis.
• Deep knowledge of unit economics, including CAC, payback period, LTV to CAC, retention, and efficiency metrics.
• Experience working directly with data and modern BI tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, or Omni.
• Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into actionable narratives.

• Experience scaling a strategic finance function at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on capacity and resource planning or compensation and incentive plan design experience.
• Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and its impact on revenue, retention, and gross margin.
• Experience partnering directly with Operations teams.
