What you will do

• Manage the GTM finance operating model, including annual planning and board reporting across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Build driver-based scenario models to evaluate trade-offs in hiring, coverage, and GTM spend.
• Analyze full-funnel pipeline and marketing ROI, connecting demand generation to bookings, ARR, and LTV.
• Evaluate partnership economics across resellers, marketplaces, and technology alliances.
• Forecast customer cohort economics, including NRR, GRR, churn, and cost-to-serve.
• Upgrade GTM reporting infrastructure using agentic and AI-enabled workflows to automate data reconciliation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in GTM Strategic Finance or Business Operations, combined with investment banking or management consulting.
• High-growth B2B SaaS company experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker, Tableau, and financial planning tools like Netsuite or Adaptive.
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and understanding of Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models.
• Degree in Finance, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience with exit transactions such as IPOs, M&A, or private fundraising.
