What you will do

• Define and own the international IVD regional marketing strategy by product, segment, and geography.
• Lead regional Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives and translate insights into actionable strategy and messaging.
• Oversee multi-channel operational marketing execution, including campaign planning and content governance.
• Drive Prosigna growth and lead NGS strategic transition programs across the region.
• Partner with Sales to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and field execution excellence.
• Manage IVD sales and marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance measurement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or biotech.
• Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and EMEA healthcare market dynamics.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership and operational execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management and commercialization.
• Knowledge of IVD/IVDR regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
