TL;DR

Vice President of Marketing (AI): Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing strategies with an accent on AI-driven analytics and multi-channel orchestration. Focus on scaling high-performing teams, optimizing the marketing funnel, and aligning marketing efforts with Sales and Product to capture enterprise market share.

Location: Must be based in the USA (New York office or remote).

Compensation: $287,500 – $325,000 base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

  • Design and lead an AI-driven demand generation engine using predictive analytics and automation.
  • Develop multi-channel strategies including intent-based marketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Lead product marketing, defining market positioning and go-to-market strategies for enterprise segments.
  • Optimize field marketing and events to ensure high-impact sales enablement and pipeline conversion.
  • Establish a unified revenue attribution model to ensure marketing accountability and ROI.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience in high-growth, mid-to-large scale organizations.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS solution-selling environments.
  • Deep experience leading demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of leading data-driven analyses and influencing business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
