What you will do

• Define the strategy for product marketing and sales enablement as the company becomes AI-native
• Synthesise market, user, and competitor insights into positioning and messaging decisions
• Own and maintain a consistent, evidence-based narrative across all products and channels
• Develop and optimize GTM processes to drive awareness and engagement at pace
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to provide commercial teams with the messaging and evidence needed to win

Requirements

• Experience leading AI-native product marketing and redesigning workflows using AI
• Exceptional writing skills with high standards for content clarity and precision
• Proven track record in both product marketing to users and sales enablement
• Strong people management experience with a focus on clear direction and honest feedback
• Data-driven approach to success measurement and improvement
• Experience working in SaaS or high-growth environments
