Senior Manager Digital and Tech Plant and Automation (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Princeton, NJ

Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of plant and automation professionals.
• Prioritize and balance demand and capacity for digital manufacturing projects.
• Influence senior leadership on investment decisions and strategic roadmaps.
• Deliver digital solutions including MES, warehousing, automation, and robotics.
• Ensure operational discipline through ITIL practices and P1/P2 incident management.
• Drive proactive digitalization and modernization of manufacturing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or IT.
• Approximately 10 years of domain experience.
• Expertise in digital manufacturing (MES, warehousing, ACM, batch management, SCADA/DCS/PLC).
• Proven experience in global team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Strong background in ITIL practices and service desk management.
• Fluent in English with flexibility for global time zone alignment.
