What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, clean steam, and process equipment.
• Perform on-site equipment maintenance and critical utilities operations in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Utilize CMMS to document work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Support facility project initiatives, minor upgrades, and installations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Engineering to ensure production reliability.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including FDA, EPA, and OSHA.

Requirements

• High School diploma with trade/technical certification or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Proficiency in more than one craft (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance management systems.
• Ability to work 1st shift onsite in Raritan, NJ.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a controlled, cleanroom environment under aseptic conditions.
• Specific experience in HVAC and cleanroom maintenance.
