What you will do

• Develop and execute a consultant engagement strategy across priority North American AV and broadcast consultant firms.
• Build senior-level relationships with principals, designers, and specification leaders within targeted organizations.
• Drive awareness of AV-over-IP solutions through technical briefings, webinars, and one-on-one education.
• Influence early-stage project requirements and basis-of-design decisions to ensure hirify.global solutions are specified.
• Partner with sales leaders to connect specification influence to integrator and distribution opportunities.
• Collaborate with product management to capture consultant feedback and improve technical resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America.
• 8+ years of experience in professional AV, broadcast AV, AV-over-IP, or networking.
• Strong understanding of AV-over-IP architectures, managed switching, multicast, VLANs, and QoS.
• Proven ability to influence specifications and design standards in long-cycle sales environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for meetings and industry events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with leading North American AV consultant firms.
• Experience with Dante, NDI, SDVoE, SMPTE ST 2110, or platforms like Crestron, Q-SYS, and Extron.
• Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, Network+, or CCNA.
• Experience in corporate AV, higher education, hospitality, or broadcast verticals.
