What you will do

• Prepare and deliver general sales and project-specific technical presentations.
• Assess equipment needs and determine system requirements based on customer blueprints and plans.
• Develop and record training courses for internal staff and external customers.
• Act as the "voice of customer" for product management, engineering, and development teams.
• Create cost estimates and site configurations to identify revenue enhancements and operational improvements.
• Support project installations both remotely and on-site.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Northeast US (Massachusetts) and able to travel 40-50% including overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering or technical support experience.
• 3 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office core products and a thorough understanding of networking.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM software.
• Network+ certifications or similar.
• Knowledge of IP video compression, security surveillance, and access control.
