What you will do

• Direct and coordinate all pilot plant activities including processing, packaging, and clean-up.
• Construct weekly schedules and assign tasks to technicians.
• Ensure adherence to GMP regulations and food safety programs.
• Interface with product development scientists to support project execution.
• Manage ingredient and equipment inventory, including ordering parts and tracking metrics.
• Train personnel on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of potato processing experience required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richland, WA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train personnel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments.
